PROJECT WEBSITE
The STEP project website provided a multilingual online environment for the building awareness within the public domain, and providing an on-line information exchange platform for partners. The project’s website address was promoted on all printed project materials and on dissemination materials. The website proved to be an extremely useful resource by fulfilling two key roles in relation to enabling the partnership internally and promoting the project externally. It therefore underpinned a number of the other aims of the programme:
- provided a public space for building awareness of the project and the Leonardo da Vinci programme on a European platform
- provided a private space for partners to share information (about themselves/their project)
- provide information for partners (project management)
- facilitated a forum to encourage on-going dialogue outside of partner meetings, email exchanges and phone conversations, thus, assisted in the development of relationships and whilst at the same time strengthening of communications between partners
- facilitated the share of experiences between mentors/mentees, as well as ‘lend and borrow’ of learning materials
- enabled a platform for profiling and sharing CrossWorker Profiles and Case Studies
- sharing activity reports, evaluation results and presentations, and dissemination of the results
- sharing event information between partners, such as EU, regional, national and local events, and partner events
- provided downloadable product in the form of music and performance-based showcases, which were deployed to illustrate and test the CrossWorker idea.
- sharing project results, including links to CrossWorker “YouTube” uploads
