EVALUATION & VALORISATION REPORT
The STEP valorisation strategy was rooted in the production of clear lessons learned and outcomes, combined with the compilation of a detailed list of stakeholders and interested parties, who formed the key audience for (a) dissemination and (b) adoption and mainstreaming. Embedded from the outset of the project, the assignment of the external valorisor appointed to the project was to:
- analyse the non-formal vocational needs of the creative and cultural industries as a testing ground for the development of pan-European qualifications
- create a model of socially inclusive, initial vocational training based on the concept of a modular training programme, combined with theoretical knowledge
- transfer of innovation (the CrossWorker)
- develop a quality criteria
- work out what is worthy for further development
- promote the project and disseminate the learning amongst key stakeholders and interested parties
